What is ReAct?
The Redundancy Action Scheme (ReAct) is a programme that provides funding for training via the Welsh Government (WG) for those living in Wales who are facing redundancy, or have gone through the process in the past three months. If eligible, up to £1,500 will be awarded by the Welsh Government to help you get the skills you need to secure a new job. You can train while you are job hunting or you can go on courses to get the skills you need even if you plan to become self employed eventually.
Rubicon Training Ltd are experienced at dealing with enquiries for courses to be accessed via ReAct funding and welcome discussions with potential delegates who wish to apply for their ReAct funding. We specialise in helping people that have sadly found themselves going through the redundancy process and are looking to get retrained and then provided with work through our sister company Rubicon Security Ltd. Please note there are a number of jobs, within the largest growing industry, from looking after high net-worth clients, working as store detectives, static security guards, working as door supervisors or assisting running pubs and clubs. We can talk about your current life experiences and help you choose your next career. After this, we can retrain you and place you into the roles. Our customer base spans from Cardiff City Football Club to the St David’s Hotel.
